Fulfillment Policy
1) Overview
Movinty LLC (“Movinty”, “we”, “our”) provides digital products and operator kits. This policy explains how we process orders, deliver access, and support customers so your experience is smooth and compliant with industry and Stripe standards.
2) Digital Delivery
All products are delivered digitally and made available immediately after successful payment. Formats may include:
- Notion workspaces and templates
- Google Sheets tools & dashboards
- ZIP/PDF bundles and download links
- Access instructions for online toolkits and automations
After payment is confirmed, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation and receive an email receipt plus a secure download link or access instructions.
Check spam first, then email support@movinty.digital with your order number so we can help fast.
3) Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming:
- Product name(s) and details
- Payment summary
- Download link(s) or access instructions
If no email arrives, please verify your spam folder or contact support.
4) Failed or Delayed Deliveries
In rare cases (email routing or technical delays), we will manually resend your product within 12 hours of confirmation. If issues persist, we’ll provide an alternate secure method (e.g., direct file delivery or a temporary link).
5) Refund Eligibility
Because delivery is instant, our refunds are limited to these situations:
- No access received within 24 hours after purchase and you contacted support
- Material defects that prevent use, validated by our team
- Duplicate purchase of the same item
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, use with unsupported tools, or claims after substantial use/downloads. Please review each product page for compatibility before purchase.
